They work: they suck up those drips, dribs and ickies that end up at the bottom of every cupholder I've had the pleasure/pain to know. Not on that, these are artistically delightful! Use that clever notch to pull them out of your cupholders now and again, scrub, air-dry and you're set to go once more with this PAIR of buddies that helps ensure the damp stuff stays away from you (where it always seemed to end up, dripping on me from sweating cups, drippy coffee lids, etc.)
