* Returns will be accepted on non-food, non-perishable item if reported within 30 days after receipt of order. * If you accidentally receive an incorrect item, we will be happy to correct the problem at our expense. * Returns must be clean and in new condition. * Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returned merchandise. * Include the packing slip included in your original order.
If you don't have your packing slip, please include the following information:
1. Your Order number (Ex: 021-4263877-5519148). 2. The item number of the product(s) you wish to return. 3. The reason for the return. Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?
