Return Policy

RETURNS and REFUNDS

    * Returns will be accepted on non-food, non-perishable item if reported within 30 days after receipt of order.
    * If you accidentally receive an incorrect item, we will be happy to correct the problem at our expense.
    * Returns must be clean and in new condition.
    * Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returned merchandise.
    * Include the packing slip included in your original order.

If you don't have your packing slip, please include the following information:

   1. Your Order number (Ex: 021-4263877-5519148).
   2. The item number of the product(s) you wish to return.
   3. The reason for the return. Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We will make every effort to cancel an order when we receive a request for cancellation. However, we process orders as quickly as possible and if the order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your return with a different item, check with us for the new item's availability. We will be happy to ship the replacement item upon receipt of the original purchase. Please note the customer incurs any additional charges.
